Amika, a professional hair care and hair tool brand, has announced the appointment of Nilofer Vahora as its new Chief Marketing Officer, a first for the brand. Vahora brings more than 20 years of experience leading growth and innovation for major beauty and fashion brands.

At Amika, Vahora will oversee all marketing operations, with a focus on enhancing the brand’s identity and consumer engagement. Her appointment highlights amika’s commitment to industry-leading strategies as it expands its presence in the beauty market.

Previously, Vahora served as CMO at Milk Makeup, where she spearheaded initiatives that established the brand as a global leader in clean beauty. Her tenure included launching digital-first campaigns and transforming Milk Makeup into a cult favorite. Vahora has also held senior roles at Shiseido and Rebecca Minkoff.
