Boris Schaefer has been named the 77th President of the Cosmetic Industry Buyers and Suppliers (CIBS) for 2025. With over 25 years of experience in the cosmetic packaging industry, Schaefer currently oversees U.S. sales and operations at TNT Group, a leading packaging supplier.
During his presidency, Schaefer plans to prioritize member growth, engage younger professionals, and diversify events, per the company. Notable upcoming events include a Brazilian-themed luncheon (February 26), a German beerhall party (April 2), and a Kentucky Derby-themed Ladies Day (May 2).
CIBS continues to serve as a networking hub for professionals in the cosmetic, personal care, and packaging industries, championing education, innovation, and collaboration.
