Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and driven Influencer Marketing Intern to support our micro-seeding UGC campaigns for a famous international cosmetic brand. The intern will focus on identifying, reaching out to, and managing relationships with micro-influencers to generate authentic user-generated content on a barter basis.
Monthly Target: Engage 300 influencers.

Education :
1. Currently pursuing bachelor or masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
2. Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media trends, and UGC campaigns.
3. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
4. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
5. Familiarity with Instagram, and other social platforms is a plus.
6. Should have good knowhow of using excel and google sheets. - Language :English

Key Responsibilities
1. Research and identify relevant micro-influencers aligned with the brand’s aesthetic and values.
2. Conduct outreach and manage communications with influencers on a professional and engaging level.
3. Track influencer collaborations, content submissions, and engagement metrics.
4. Assist in planning and executing micro-seeding campaigns for UGC content.
5. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure deadlines and targets are met. -
