Agreements for Renewable Energy Projects

Canadian Solar Inc. has announced partnerships with Sunraycer Renewables LLC, a renewable energy company based in Annapolis, Maryland. The arrangements involve battery energy storage as well as two solar projects in Texas. In tandem with the storage projects, Sunraycer’s future initiatives will employ nearly 2 GWp of Canadian Solar’s latest high-efficiency solar modules. These modules are advanced, capable of achieving power outputs up to 725 Wp, exhibiting 85% bifaciality and 23.3% efficiency while ensuring minimal power degradation and high energy yield. Such innovations effectively decrease the levelized cost of energy (LCOE) as well as the overall system costs, making them a valuable addition to renewable energy initiatives.
