A team from the University of Science and Technology – the University of Da Nang earned the third prize for their innovative project involving AES-128 encryption and decryption IP design on ASICs. This year’s competition drew an impressive 68 projects from 27 universities, with nearly 300 contestants, marking a significant 71% increase in participation compared to the inaugural event. Awards included one first prize, one second prize, two third prizes, four consolation prizes, and 19 promising prizes.
